About the Clinic

The Koşuyolu Pediatric Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic has been providing surgical treatment services to pediatric heart patients since the establishment of our hospital in 1985. In 2010, it was restructured as a separate clinic and started providing specialized training as a sub-specialty clinic. With its growing experience, it has become a significant authority in the surgical repair of complex congenital heart abnormalities, filling an important gap in the region. Our clinic undertakes open-heart surgery for newborn babies from both domestic and international locations, making a significant contribution to health tourism.

The Koşuyolu Pediatric Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic has a skilled team consisting of 2 Education Instructors (2 Professors), 1 Education Staff (1 Associate Professor), 4 specialist physicians, and 3 resident specialist assistants. The clinic provides surgical treatment services for all types of complex congenital heart surgeries, as well as newborn, infant, child, and adult congenital heart diseases. The Pediatric Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic aims to serve all patients in need of this specialty in our hospital and welcomes guests from abroad.

The Pediatric Cardiovascular Surgery Intensive Care Unit has 12 beds and is equipped to provide all necessary supportive treatments before or after surgery. Our team of specialized physicians and healthcare professionals ensures the best care for our young patients. In the unit, there is also a Mother-Friendly Hospital designated mother's room where breast milk is provided and used in the feeding of babies.
